GENERAL QUESTIONS


What happens to any benefit amount that has not been used by the end of the benefit period (month/quarter)?
All unused balances will expire at the end of the benefit period (month/quarter), so check your plan, make frequent orders and make sure you don't leave any funds unused.
When will my balance be refilled?
If you are covered by HPP SPECIAL plan, $300.00 will be added to your account on the first insurance coverage day, and subsequently renewed on the first day of each quarter. If you are a PRIME PLAN member, $ 25.00 will be added to your account on the first insurance coverage day, and subsequently renewed on the first day of each month.
How can I check my HPP OTC balance?
You can check your HPP OTC balance by logging into your account at hpp.otcstores.com (registration required). You can also find out your balance if you contact our Customer Service at 267-551-5051.
What payment forms are accepted by OTC Stores?
At the moment all OTC Stores orders can be paid using HPP OTC benefits, which is determined by your HPP plan.

PLACING AN ORDER


How can I place an order with OTC Stores?
You can order online at hpp.otcstores.com (registration required) or by calling our Customer Service at 267-551-5051 (member ID and date of birth verification required). Please note that all over-the-phone orders must be made personally by the benefit holder.
I don't have an email address. How can I order online?
You can register online by using either an email address or a phone number. If you don't have an email address, you can provide your mobile phone or landline phone number. If you use your mobile phone, you will receive a verification code in a text message. If you would like to register with a landline number, a verification call will be made.
Can I call to place an order?
Sure. Just call 267-551-5051 and our team of skilled operators will guide you through ordering procedure.
What are Call Center business hours?
Our call center is open 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday to Friday, except for Federal Holidays.
What are your language capabilities?
We speak English and Spanish. Other languages are available via translation services.

Can I order items that are not listed in the catalog?
OTC benefit can only be used for items in the catalog. We are proud to offer you a wide range of OTC products.
Do you offer prescription drugs?
No. We only offer over-the-counter products.

ORDER DELIVERY


How do I receive my order? Do you have a store location? Can I pick up my order?
Our current guidelines only allow mail shipment. In-person order pick-up is not available at the moment.
Do I have to cover the delivery costs?
We provide free to-the-door delivery within 3 to 5 days, even if you order just one item.
What is the average delivery time?
OTC Stores is committed to 3 to 5 days home delivery.
How can I check my order status?
You can check your order status by logging into your account at hpp.otcstores.com, in your order confirmation email or text message or by calling our Customer Service at 267-551-5051.
Can I cancel or change my order online?
If you want to cancel or make changes to your order, please call our Customer Service at 267-551-5051 (TTY 711).
I received a damaged product. What should I do?
If you have received a damaged package or you are not satisfied with the condition of your items, please contact our Customer Service at 267-551-5051 or send an email to support@otcstores.com for further assistance.
